Clemens Hagen is the CEO of Pantec Biosolutions AG in Ruggell, Liechtenstein, an innovation-driven company developing and manufacturing laser systems for medical and industrial applications, and more recently for agriculture. With its unique patented laser technology, Pantec is setting new standards in precision, efficiency, and sustainable innovation.

Since joining Pantec in 2005, Clemens has taken on increasing leadership responsibilities and was appointed CEO in 2019. Today, he shapes the company’s strategic direction and drives the development and commercialization of breakthrough technologies that address real-world challenges.
